/spaces/{space}:PUT - does not clear the pending queue

The documentation for the /spaces/{space}:PUT API says, "Clear the space and the pending queue." However, that is not the behavior I observe. I just issued a clear on Redoak1:/spaces/test6 and I see the resource status still shows pending resources (and that number changes).

   Are you pushing in resources and then clearing at the same time? Just want to make sure I understand the scenario so that I can log a ticket, replicate, and fix.

   You are correct: No sooner had I pushed in my resources that I decided I don't want those resources, so I try to clear the space.
