REST: Source of Entity from multiple matrices

We have recently started time slicing our memories, and it is impacting scripts I've written to extract information. I've been extracting source information based on an entity in the space with the following query. Enable Attribute Associations is false so source is only an attribute.
http://host:8080/ws/spaces/space/connections?q=source:sourcename&am...'

We are now using splitting 'entity' in the query above and using it for slicing and keeping it as an entity for search. How do I need to modify my query to get the information I'm looking for?

    This was a problem with my script. This behaves as expected.
