8.0.0-2440 Install Include WS.Xml

We installed 8.0.0-2440 from 8.0.0-1784 on a new machine but elected to keep our existing saffron.xml file. The cluster would not start properly. It would not start because it was not finding "WS Base". This was due to the need to include ws.xml in saffron.xml. This was definitely not stated in the install documentation we received. If there are several releases in between installs, we may need to be able to see all the modifications between installs.

    Yes, the ws.xml file needs to be included from the saffron.xml. We just missed it in the documentation. In the future we will be documenting configuration changes in the release notes and the online documentation.
