REST Resources Delete

There is bad behavior when trying the REST resources delete interface with bad data.
During the teleconference we tried to delete on the following .../resources?rref=1. This resulted in a "working" status that never returned.

We then tried an almost correct delete: .../resources?rref=templateName%7EDatabase%7EsourceName%7EingestQueryName%7Cxyz. This resulting in a constant "pending" status that never changed.
