Admin: Cannot change database password

We have our database connections defined a separate xml file that gets included in saffron.xml. In admin, I can bring up the database connection, change the password, and hit save. Admin seems to be okay with it but it does not actually change the password in the separate file (and I don't expect it to). I would however expect it to save the new information in saffron.xml which it does not do either. There should be some kind of error message/warning stating that nothing has changed in the system.

    I added a fix for this. The next release should have this fix.
